On today’s episode, Matt talks to Broadway regular Hayley Podschun, who made her Broadway debut at the age of 12. Since then, Hayley has been seen in eight Broadway shows, including "Hairspray," "Anything Goes," "Something Rotten," and "Hello, Dolly!," played Glinda on the "Wicked" tour, and played Tammy in the "Hairspray" film.
And while she was wonderful in all of those projects, they discuss the things that she does when she’s not on stage, two of them specifically. Last fall, Hayley made her debut as a guest host on QVC, and in January, she launched her own reality recap show, "The Broadway Bachelorette."
In the conversation, they get into both of those things, but also discuss the necessity for artists to create their own projects, and to chase the ones that will fulfill them, while leaving the ones that won't behind.
