What to include
We respond to messages individually as our schedule allows. To help us reply faster:
- For story tips and pitches: tell us what the story is, why it matters, and your timeline if there is one
- For press inquiries: include the publication name, deadline, and the angle you are working on
- For feedback on a specific episode: mention the show name and the episode title or date so we can find it quickly
- For technical issues with the site or feeds: let us know the URL you were on and which podcast app you were using
For PR firms and publicists
Pitching a show, talent, or moment on behalf of a client? We have a dedicated page that walks through what we cover, what lands best with our editors, and how to format a pitch so it gets read. See our pitch guide for PR firms and publicists →
Advertising and sponsorships
For media kits, rate cards, and partnership opportunities, please email contact@broadwayradio.com with "Advertising" in the subject line.
We read every message. We try to respond within a few business days, though seasonal demand around opening nights and awards can stretch that to a week or two.
